Will President be to solve the problem?“What is going on outside my room?” I asked to myself and then I reached the door of my room and yanked it off. The scene I witnessed was enough to get burst out of anger over 5 Managers of my company. They were arguing in loud voice over the salary slips to my Human Resource Management Manager. It was the second time they were violating the rules and regulation as they act like a bunch of school kids. Well, at my entrance, every noise vanished and I ordered everyone to go back to their seats. Though, I called my Human Resource Manager in my room. As President of National Grapefruit Juices, a small company of 100 employees, I often got irritated when I heard the conflicts especially over attendance and payroll system. Anyhow President Klaus (me) could not find any perfect solution for this specific problem and just feeling helpless. I came out of my thoughts when the door opened and my HR Manager
appeared. I asked her: “Please Sit Miss Alice, can you tell me what the matter was?” She told me the same story of last month while sobbing. I offered her a glass of water and tissue. After giving me all information she went out. I was left alone to think about the solution. But this time I highlight the main problems of my company‘s employee in 5 points: 1) Latecomer and early departure 2) Inefficient attendance management system 3) Conflicts over payroll 4) High absenteeism Rate 5) Low productivity After concluding these points I turned on my laptop and searched about these points. In 4 hours research I finally came to a decision that all problems cause of inaccurate and inefficient Manual Attendance Tracking system. So I thought to buy a best employee Attendance Tracking System. I again called Miss Alice and she came with a confused face. I told her whole scenario that main problem is our attendance tracking system and to examine my tolerance level she again started crying. I waste a lot of tissue paper before telling her: “I am not going to fire you Miss Alice. After one week, she came up with a detail research for automatic attendance tracking app. I took that research and started to read that. In research I found an app for smartphones and tablet. It records the employees’ arrival and departure time with employees’ picture. The app also records later time after the specified grace time period. It is a great help in payroll management as it highlights the latest comer and absentees. So, after reading all her search and I implemented it in my organization. At 30TH Date of the month as usual, I was sitting in my office and to my surprise, I haven’t heard a single loud voice. I was smiling on the reports which were displaying that my employees’ productivity is increased by 40% from last month. At last I am satisfied and happy. Don’t you just believe me?
