Memories Beneath

Memories Beneath

A Poem by Ceil Lovegood

Riddles sketch in line a solitary stone hallway

Endeavors to perceive my words cast fall astray

Velvety sleeves dwell short of thy feeble knees

Envy wordlessly oh weeps, smiling its perpetual glee

Rivets such wondrous, silvery ripples deemed fine

Islands those which stupefy the creature eyes

Eve’s loveliness shall I simply word “Superb”

October’s slumbering beneath lies in sleep

Fairies weave illuminating thy shimmering leap

Tomorrow’s tide delights those somber eyes

Winter shuffles by slow, so we all know inside

Ivy so curiously wean, emeralds hidden in snug

Never my lover’s melody shall heed her again

Endwise my window perched I sing of those days gone like rain

About
Just a whisperers of precious things.I curiously find raindrops of beauty and catch them in my fingertips. With these drops, words come and flow weaving to go.I find it in myself the music of words. more..
