Death's hourglasses

Death's hourglasses

Death's hourglasses

A big room

Walls as black as night

Above me are the stars

Which shines as bright as gold

I look around

Hourglasses in every direction

Big, small and long

Where am I?

An old man

Lived in many years

A little smile on his lips

Leads me back again

Who was he?
