A Poem by Caustic_Dystopia

There are days when the mirror tells me I'm pretty,
but most of the time it just makes me feel s****y.

I don't fit societies standards
So they've degraded me with heartbreaking slanders

Photoshopped pictures of size zeros
Plague magazines with false heroes.

Stuck in a life the world has condemned,
the compliments mean nothing when the insults outweigh them.

Too many lives lost to the sorrow
From bullies who don't care if you have a tomorrow.

"F****t, go kill yourself" is the trend of the young nation.
This is how we've raised the next generation.
