FatherA Poem by Caustic_DystopiaSeven years old; too young to feel worthless, but you still managed to. Your actions so ruthless. Two kids to take care of, but you left anyway, started a new family and only called on holidays. Thrown aside, no cause for your concern. Thought it was my fault, but with time I learned. I am not disposable. You can't just throw children away. I am not replaceable. No matter how much you pay. Don't be surprised when I don't take your calls, you're the one who built up the wall. You have five children now, three of which you never see and a new fiancé who's barely two years older than me. You're new family can have you I don't need you anymore. I've burnt down the bridge and welded the door.
