Him

Him

A Poem by Caustic_Dystopia

Bright, gentle eyes, that devil smile that says he's thinking crazy.
Lips so intoxicating they always leave me hazy.

My heart skips a beat as he pulls me near.
His callous touch dissipates my fear.

The candlelit flames dance on his face.
All doubt in my heart is gone with no trace.

Time slows down as we lose our hearts.
Our souls become one as we lie in the dark.

Wrapped up in him, wrapped up in me.
The glint in his eye almost beastly.

I say his name as he moves.
With each little touch his love he proves.

This is a really romantic and sweet piece! If only we all could find someone who makes us feel that way! My only suggestion is that you may want to change "mone" to "moves". Other than that, very good write, and I look forward to reading more of your work!
