"Friends"

"Friends"

A Poem by Cattleya
"

This is a poem about people who proclaim to be friends but are instead deceitful.

"
They call themselves friends never there when you need them, miraculously appear when they think you can feed them. Whether it's a ear advice or a simple helping hand with their woes, still they never understand. Leaving for 'bigger' as they always do. Quick to come crawling back a surprise you cannot pretend. You see you can do better not holding a grudge, letting bygones be bygones why a hunch? So called 'friendship' with a sweet taste of victory you realize they're the ones internally empty.
