His KryptoniteA Poem by Catti*BrePart of this came to me, and I just kind of went from there. It turns kind of dark near the end.. but I think that it fits. She's his kryptonite, like a drug. He does everything it takes to stay away from her. She's bitter sweet like death, and lethal to the touch. She's his kryptonite, like a drug. He turns away, he pushes far from her building tolerance to her stare, a wall between she and him. She cant reach him, He cant hear her. He's far away from the temptation, he holds his strength like a prize Somehow she slips behind the wall, and opens his closed eyes. She speaks in a language he has never heard, her fingers tracing his skin. He tries to pull away but she's too much for him. She's his kryptonite, his heroin, the drug he cant put down. A trigger pulls, a kiss, a touch, another broken heart. He tried to fight the feeling, but he's weak, she's sucking the life from his bones. Taking everything he once held dear, and throwing it all away. She's his kryptonite, the drug that he cant turn away. She will be the death of him, the lover he hates, the lover he cant give up. His kryptonite bride. Crimson eyes, blood and tears mixed in. There's a silver blade, beneath the sheet, her wrist is cut, she bleeds black. His kryptonite is dead. He's too far gone, he's too far gone.
