My Ink

My Ink

A Poem by Catlen

Spoken words don't count.

It's what my ink instills

on paper that matters.

When I pick up my pen

and engrave my thoughts

on your little minds.

That's when colours, pictures,

words, love, life

blend into a being,

made perfect by my ink.

You are welcome...:)...............
You use wonderful phrasing.. capture imagination.. capture attention. Those last four lines are a lure, call out, 'Read me!' and more people should.'
