love can hurt too much

Don't touch me with your fingers

Because I'll say it back

Don't lean in to kiss me

Because you'll put me off track

I can't feel those things again

Because you've broken me

You were so different to those men

Or so I was lead to believe

Cry me a million tears

I still will walk away

Because you gave me a million fears

When you came my way

Great poem! I enjoyed the progression of the poem as your character stands with her decision of walking away. The last stanza "Cry me a million tears
I still will walk away
Because you gave me a million fears
When you came my way" was beautifully written and was the perfect resolution which the poem needed.
