Repulsion

Repulsion

A Poem by Cathexis
"

There are moments, when I am alone and I must endure myself

"
There are times,
That my own existence,
Repulses me.
In those times,
I just want to....
Stop being me.
For a day,
An hour,
Even a minute.
Grant me some reprieve,
From myself.
Especially when the serene sirens call,
Of eternal rest,
The beaconing allure,
To escape my own,
Repulsion.
