Dominance

Dominance

A Poem by Caitlin Rhea

These letters,
Show up randomly/
Words describing how perfect you are,
Littering your mind with "Awe".

No one knows,
How much you remind me of the sky.
So perfect with dark layers,
Under the darkness there's a moon, shinning bright.

A kiss to the neck,
Weakened by the look.
Don't hold back,
As our minds fight for the righteous space of love.

Hands gripping tightly,
Is this it?
A way to show dominance,
Taking over the love only slightly.

Gripping tighter,
Tell me, this is not how it ends.
All of the soft kisses,
Long conversations in the dark.

I don't want it to end,
Everything comes to an end eventually, right?
No, This can't be,
Eventually dominance takes it course through your life.

I haven't been on this site in awhile, so when I had the chance, a moment of deciding what I would do, I chose to go on and read something. I wanted something honest, open, emotionally filled, thoughtful and sincere. A lot to ask for, I know, but when I remembered you I went to your page and hope for something new. And I'll use this as my example when I tell you, you didn't disappoint.
I hope you're doing okay since the last time that we "spoke".
