I'm tire of war. I was raised with the Vietnam war. My children have the Bush's war. I pray for peace. Time for all people to demand the end to war. I know the 1.2 trillion dollar spend on war could create jobs and help education.

I have thought much about it man. The govts of the world can wage no war without men willing to fight. The paranoia of having to defend ourselves is a great evil. There must be civil disobedience and the acceptance of a law of humanity that supercedes the laws of panels of men. Charity to all in need is the way to get there.
all but two of 1my moms 5 brothers was in a war my granpa was in a war and my dad was in a war. so I'm tired of it too I like you writing its so simple but still complex
You're so write and its sad I mean was their really only one point in time when we had peace. As well with this I dislike war too I mean I find it bad no matter where you are because everyday whether or not if its in the United States someone is losing a life everyday, losing a father, losing a friend, losing a husband just like your friend their and it's either a pointless war at times or just something to protect the ones who don't have the strength to defend themselves. One way or another its a sad game, a sad life, and a sad way.
I agree...I am sorry for your loss love and feel the same, I yearn for a day of peace for all!
We are all equal and war should not have to exist but then power and greed shall always rule....what many people do not realise is that war is not about sides...it is backed by the same people and they care not who wins :(
Sickens me!
xoxo
i too, grew up with the Vietnam war. My father grew up and went to WWII, Korea and Vietnam. my cousins are in Afghanistan and there will always be war as long as man can't get over religious differences and share the world without greed. i don't see this happening in my lifetime. nice piece you did here though.

Without war there wouldn't be anything worth fighting for. There are wars every day in life. I know what you are talking about in this write. It's sad children needs to know the reasons behind why we fight...I agree with you. War is sad, especially Vietnam.
