Cry a tear

Cry a tear

A Poem by Coyote Poetry
"

My first published poem. Some small press put in in 1979.

"
                              Cry a tear

My heart still can bleed with pain and loss still.
Tears can fall when the night appeared and when your memory
reappeared.

The tears of loneliness.
Loneliness of losing you completely.

I could have survived without your kiss.

But never seeing your beautiful face.
Blessing me with hearing your sweet voice.
Leave me empty and alone.

Your love of life.
Is much too difficult to forget.
I miss the long talks and laughter.

Days have passed since our parting day.
And your memory still lies heavy upon my mind.

Sometime so heavy.
The thought of you make me feel weaken.
Not to tears.

The tears had faded way on a cold rainy night
when I left you alone in your bed.

The sadness of our goodbye is always on my mind.

It was the last day I could see the life in your eyes.

Wow Coyote this was so sad, so beautiful, so... I can't even fine the word that your pieces make me feel. Like I am above all, looking down, and your words just appear and softly they absorb into me, my thoughts, inside all. Like magic it is, your writing has such an effect it is amazing.. This is beauty, for I can feel it..

a vulnerable strength; a reaching out of longing and love...a capture of beauty in mind, heart and vision

This was really sad to read, your stanzas were so descriptive and they broke down the whole story. Thank you for sharing. Great poem.

there comes hundreds of love in one's life .. some stay for long time and some are momentary. every one of it seems like it gona be the last comforting zone to rest, to share, to live. time and circumtances test it and they crumble to pieces. we wonder than to whom to blame but eachother. a outstanding poem, again!

This is such a beautiful phrase. The idea that you could have survived without their love, but the complete lack of their presence was just too much..I love it.
This poem captures so much.

I love seeing a writer's early work!!! You have grown n' blossomed much as a writer, yet there is the unmistakable Coyote beauty in your voice, even in 1979!
