The Damien Rice song. Made me write these poems.

Can't take my eyes off you..

1- Once we needed rooftop kisses and we loved midnights talk.

We had the blessing of love kindness near.

Tonight, I want us to drink some sweet wine and find the great sea.

I want seaside kisses and to hear, love words whispered.

I can't take my eyes off you my dear love.

2-  Beautiful Kathy, I love to kiss the bones of your hands.

I want you caress your feet and calves.

I need to hear your laughter and I need to be in one, you can see.

You are my reasons to smile, you are my reasons to dance in the midnight hours.

I can't take my eye off you my dearest love.

3-  She told me the irony of love. One day, we won't remember the love we had,

the love we had known, the love we held. 

I brought her close and I whispered. Honey, sweetheart and my darling.

I was blessed when you choose me and everyday of my life.

I am thankful and I can't take my eyes off you my dear love.

Your three stanzas here are brimful of love Coyote. Such a beautiful romantic write. If we are lucky enough to feel that way about someone, we can consider how very fortunate we are.
