Twisted city. Part nine.
He held Beatrice closely and she cupped his hands and she whispered. I am glad you are home with me. Please stay with me awhile. I am becoming lonely.  He fell asleep quickly and he dreamed of Sara Little Wolf. She was holding his hands, kissing his face and she was trying to tell him somethings. She looked fearful. The alarm in Beatrice bedroom went off at 8 am and she turned to him. She whispered good morning John and please sleep some more. She kissed him 10 times and he saw in her eyes. She had concern for him. She escaped the bedroom and the radio was screaming about the murder of Jack Marshall. The radio announcer said, the rapist was murdered in the street in the night and the killer wasn't found. He said. I heard he had a terrible death. There is a God. He reached over and he turned off the radio.
Beatrice told him. Please sleep some more and I will make some coffee and I will get ready for our day. She escaped her bedroom and he fall asleep again and he dreams of Sara Little Wolf. She holding his hands and kissing his face. In her eyes, he saw her concern and worry. She was trying to tell him something. He awoke. Beatrice returned to the bedroom and she stripped off her clothing. She ran into the shower. She was 33 years old and a beautiful woman. He loved her robust body and her long legs. She was his blessing in his wild and dangerous life. He fall asleep again and he was awoken by kisses and Beatrice warm body against his body. She whispered please John, stay awhile. I am so lonely and I need you. I love you so. He told her. I love you Beatrice and she straddled him and she smiled. She whispered. We have a half hour, make it a worthwhile half hour. She took off his boxer shorts and she laid on top of him. She moved her body slow and easy. She took him in and she gave him warm and deep kisses. she whispered. Please stay with me in Seattle. After 45 minute, she asked him. What is my payment for my service soldier? He told her, I will buy you lunch at the pier at noon. She smiled and she whispered. I am not a cheap girl and I expect a wonderful meal. He told her. Your wish is my command. She left the bed and she went back to the shower. He sat the alarm for ten thirty and he fell asleep again. His dreams were wild and crazy. He turned in the street and a brown hair woman told him. You are a murderer, you are a killer. He awake sweating and he knew. He need to find Sara Little Wolf soon.
The alarm awoke him at ten thirty and he took a long shower. He found a pair of dress brown pant and a blue dress shirt. He had to look good for Beatrice. She adored the new book opening. She told him, the book. "The Port Austin song and stories" was his best book, so far. He didn't want to disappoint her. He left the apartment at eleven-thirty and he bought a coffee and a newspaper. The front page showed the black and white photo of Jack Marshall swimming in blood. The man didn't look human. The story didn't discuss the mother and the child, who was rape. The story said. They didn't find the murderer and the witnesses gave many descriptions. Was a black and write drawing of a man with long hair, crazy eyes and unshaven. The FBI requested help with a reward. He wanted to help the woman and child. He knew he could not. He had to laid back and be a ghost. The FBI lady was near and he could feel her thoughts. He found Beatrice waiting for him at the pier. She told him, we must eat quickly. People at the bookstore demand your attention. He ate fresh lobster with toast and she ate a Italian Sub. He loved to listen to her.  She saw life as wonderful and amazing. He did once on a blue moon, many years ago. She took and she held his hands. she asked him. Will you stay with me? He took her right hand and he kissed her hand. I am here and I can't stay away from the prettiest gal in my world. She told him. A promise is a promise. You must keep.
Beatrice dragged him to the bookstore. She knew he hated to be public and he lived to be, a blank face on his book. He never put his face on the 12 books, he published. She made him do the book grand openings and  he did this for her. The book store owner Paul saw them and he ran toward them. He told them. I am so glad you are early and he hugged and kissed Beatrice. He hugged Coyote and he told him. Thank you for showing-up. I am always afraid, you would ghost-me. In the bookstore, a large table is set-up. Many of the new books and some of his old books. The table facing the door and there was two chairs. He saw a large sign. John Coyote will be here at 2pm to 5pm. Please come and see. He saw many people already waiting and he told Beatrice. Look at my fans. Old women and young girls. She laughed at his words and she kissed him. She whispered to him. Thank you for being here. Paul brought coffee to them and he told Coyote again. Thank you my friend and tomorrow, we are having a city poetry reading. Please come. Beatrice squeezed his hand and Coyote told him. I will show-up. Paul smiled and he told him. Thank you. Beatrice controlled the people. One at a-time came with a book. Coyote would ask their name and he would write a catchy and kind phrase. The three hours went slowly and he kept the hopeful face and gentle voice. He appreciated the people, who bought his books. He would be no-one without them.
Jeff Walker was a large black man, he was the police captain. Tiffany told him. He was 200 feet from me and I could of got the serial killer. Jeff told her. He killed Jack Marshall, a scumbag, that won't be messed. I have been a police officer for twenty years and I saw rapist and murderers walk away. And they raped and murdered again. Tiffany looked at him and she asked. Are you trying to help me? or do you give a s**t? We can't have men killing at-will. No-one had the right to kill someone without trial. Jeff looked at her hard. This man who killed Jack Marshall gave peace to a mother and daughter. Now they can live with fearing the rapist was near them. Tiffany told him. He isn't God. No-one should life or death for anyone. Jack took her hands. He told her. You can't catch a ghost and a myth. Tiffany left the Captain and she sat on a bench near the pier. She could barely hear the killer's voice. He was a calm voice and she knew. He fished for these bad people with skill. She didn't know if he was bum, business man or a person. With the flexibility to travel. The Captain was right, he was a ghost. He changed faces like a salamander. She looked around the pier and she thought. Maybe I am the one, being chased? She felt a chill and she looked around. A man a woman walked by and he gave her a smile. He felt he was tempting her and she told herself. I am losing my mind. She knew he was near and he knew her. She decided to roam Seattle and she saw a long line at a bookstore. She went into the bookstore and she saw the pretty woman and the man sitting. Signing books and talking. She needed to hear his voice. She tried to get near.

you are truely capturing emotions but why do you think mother and child need help, for they are richest family on this earth being part of God. dont create single mom emotions as weak, she never needed help. your writing is crystal clear and understandable, and the other two love story nicely picturised. poor stella why she is haunting him, and tiffany doesnt know about their secret love affair, for a key they approached mother and child and got them separated.....
