Sometimes it snows in April..

Sometimes it snows in April..

A Poem by Coyote Poetry
"

The days of April are here. Some mini-poetry.

"
Sometimes it snows in April...
1- Was a warm April day and she left him, feeling breathless.
Her wild eyes and her thousand dreams, he adored.
The fire in her voice, made him follow her to the Clinton River.
He knew, she was the lady of the flowing river.
He knew the sun danced in her hair and he wanted to dwell in her eyes.
She was his Spring wish.
2- The pretty lady of the Lake St. Clair told him.
Sometimes it snow in April.
We must ensure we catch the sun when she appeared on a warm April morning.
I love rooftop dancing, the Gypsy songs and no walls.
I need long empty beaches and I love the stormy nights.
I need cage less people who love Lana Del Rey and Jim Morrison.
I need to taste freedom everyday.
He told her. I need more days and nights with you.
Please, dance me one more time and allow my mind and heart.
To know, I have kissed a wild thing, one time.

Some people and some moments just make us wish for unexpected showers in summer, a warming sun in winter and snow in spring. This poem is replete with such poetic, dreamy lines, I let go of my present for a bit, just to dance with you and breathe on that beach with you. You're an amazing poet, dear Coyote.

There are some things sometimes we find hard to let go. I would not want to leave this place either, nor miss that one last dance.
A hauntingly beautiful piece of work.

Your title caught my attention because this morning, my Idaho friends posted pictures of it snowing in April. A nice poem about loving a free spirit.

It is dear Shelly. Like the Prince song. Sometimes it snow in April. In Michigan.
Dear Coyote, her wild eyes and a thousand dreams. I can feel her energy and see the fire in her eyes. Not many like her, I can understand the attraction. Beautiful poetry. I have known snow in April. Unusual but it happens. Like your wild thing. Have a lovely day my friend.
