Just a kiss, maybe?A Poem by Coyote PoetryA poem for Poetry day. 21 March.
Just a kiss, maybe?
I told the sad woman in the tavern. Love is fleeing moments, we cannot catch. Catching love is is like trying to catch a falling leave, in the late September. Need luck or a miracle to grasp and keep. The bar poet told the pretty Texas gal. Love is just myth and tale for the most of us. Love cannot be held prisoner, love must be given. It is like when the sun-kiss on our face. We must appreciate. Once you asked for, just a kiss. I told you, if I kissed you. I would want more kisses. She smiled and she whispered. Dear bar-poet. Just a kiss, Maybe? Dancing Coyote
