One more time...

One more time...

A Poem by Coyote Poetry
"

Some mini-poetry.

"
One more time...
1- Once, you and me,
we adored the sea,
we loved the whiskey and
we loved being in love.
2- She whispered to me,
please one more time, please one more time.
I twirled her into circles on the lonely beach.
I adored her laughter, I adored her gentle voice.
She told me, the Pacific Ocean is our ambrosia and
please don't forget your Italian mermaid, who loved to dance with you.
By the sea.
3- We sway to the music of the sea.
We did the waltz of happiness.
She whispered to me. Please one more time.
You and me, we will need this memory some day.

The endless dance of love by the sea.
You swirled and love did its happy dance and I can almost hear the music from your words.
...we hope it never ends and even if it does, the memories never end.
Yes, we need the memories...our greatest treasures, all ours to keep.

Thanks also for the video that perfectly complements this beautiful poem.

Thank you dear Sarah. We do need, our memories.

Although I enjoyed every single line the concluding two last lines took my breath away .. I know exactly what the good lady said and Johnnie C later wrote

'She whispered to me. Please one more time.
You and me, we will need this memory some day.

Here's wishing you all the very best of all good things my friend ... Neville

And making the memory in itself is a journey that repeats itself when only the mind is left. Of course the Italian mermaids are dancers as well. Good stuff.
