The wars in my mind...A Poem by Coyote PoetryJuly poetry number twenty one..War in my mind... 1- My jobs had took me apart. Piece by piece, skin by skin till I am just skin and bones. My face had become faceless and I have learn to accept less. Once man of peace, had become silence. Once traveling and rambling man seek the Lake Huron and the silence. Laughing and talking man had given in. He learn, he can't win. 2- Dreamless nights, the dark house had become cold. Frozen thoughts wanting silence. He went to the Pacific Ocean. He gazed at the sea, like a lover. He adored the sea and he prayed to the Goddess of the sea. Thank you for sharing the sea with me. thank you for sharing the moon with me. Thank you for teaching me. I am not alone. I know, the kind sea will always sings the ancient songs to me and the Goddess of the sea is keeping me sane, she is keeping me safe. Coyote
