I remember you, I remember us...A Poem by Coyote PoetryJuly poetry number nine. I remember you, I remember us.. 1- Once we had sleepless nights. Once we needed conversation and I needed to hear your voice. Once we looked deeply in each other eyes. Confessed love. I remember you, I remember us. Maybe love is just myth and tale? 2- She was aloof to my charm. She loved the sea and the song of the sea more than me. She was my blushing beauty who stole my heart and my dreams. She told me, love is a tall-tell spins by over bearing poets. Love can be forgotten and the sea. Always waiting for me and so kind to me. She sings the song of the earth, the free sea and the brave people who danced with her. The Pacific always welcome us back dear poet with open arms. She accept us as-is. She won't break your heart my friend. Coyote
