Our children..

Just photos of beautiful children and wonderful teachers. I pray the teachers who protected the children. Are with them still.

1- Little children..

Beautiful faces, fearless faces. The little children want to have some fun and enjoy life. Now 19 children were murdered in a classroom. I have five grandchildren and everyday, I send them off to school. I told my youngest. Fight or flight. Someone said is praying isn't enough. She was right. We must demand change in the gun laws. We must scream and shout against 50 men in the Senate. Today I look at the photo of 19 children and two teachers. I do pray for the parent, the grandparent, the family and the city. Something cannot be forgotten, some pain is forever.

2- Dear Eva Mireles and dear Irma Garcia....

Two strong and beautiful women tried to protect the children. They found them holding the children they taught. What were their last words to the children? Teachers in the school blocked the doors with their bodies. Willing to accept bullets for the children they loved, they taught. What is our world becoming? Dear Eva and dear Irma, I pray the children are at their feet . Teacher, a honored word. 

3-  50 men in the Senate say. The guns are not the problem. Thousand of school children are marching together against the weak gun laws in the USA. if they passed the bill for stronger I.D checks and age limit two years ago. Today two teachers and nineteen children would be alive still. Maybe if us parents, grandparent and adult stand as one. Vote out the NRA supporters. Make our world safer for the children and all people. Over 200 mass killings in the USA this year. When will the USA have enough?

It is a sad thing that such weapons are available to those that are ill prepared to use them. Besides making them unavailable to such individuals society needs to promote proper parenting and detection of those who are disturbed and capable of violence by any weapon.

The world is becoming a very sad place, when people love guns more than children, Hearts have grown cold. Laws need to change, shortly after the shooting I heard they had a gun show in spite of what had just happened ;-[ Broken hearts will never heal, loss of beautiful souls. The NRA should not have this kind of power;-[ People forget so quickly unless it affects them personally.

We need demonstrations everywhere. The NRA supporters must go away. You are right my friend. For the two teachers and 19 children. We need to scream and yell.

Words can't truly describe the horror and deep sadness that terrorizes the U.S and the Texas elementary school, as a result of the gun violence. The laws around guns need to be tightened but I feel its not only a gun violence issue but also a peoples issue, I mean what propelled this person to want to kill these children? Mental issue? sadness? anger? revenge? if we get to the bottom of that first, then it would explain why the gun was used. But see, its hard to know what a person truly feels inside to propel them to kill and inflict harm. I don't think gun violence laws can truly succeed if we don't understand a persons circumstances. Its a complicated issue, but nevertheless, what happened to those 19 precious children and 2 teachers is horrible, and it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

If President Clinton law, he wanted was passed in 1996. 19 children and two teachers would be alive. No-one under 21 could buy a automatic weapons. 99% of the mass killings are done with automatic weapons. This is a war weapon. Background check must be done. Time to be logical. No-one needs a machine gun or automatic weapon made for mass killing. Time for logic. The children are demonstrating. Maybe we should join them. Many places in our world had erase mass killing. USA had over 200 mass killings this year.

Another massacre. Not another my husband said as we listened to the news. We had one twenty years ago in Dunblane. Many children died at the hands of a gunman gone mad. Hand guns were made illegal. No further massacres. The laws in the USA need tightening up prompto. When will the lives of innocent children be put before the right to own a gun? Their safety please. Each one of these three pieces, children teachers and Senate really hit home. The loss of little children, the love those two teachers had for them and the stupidity of the 50 in the Senate. Action needed not words. Too many words and no action. Thank you Coyote I hear you loud and clear. Thank you for your share.
