You saved me...

You saved me...

A Poem by Coyote Poetry
"

Save one life, we know happiness. Save many lives. We know peace.

"
(My grand-boys and my grand-daughter Mia.)
                             You saved me...
Once I knew everything and I learned. I knew nothing. Old age had taught me, Johnnie, you know nothing at all.
Now bright eyes of my grandchildren teaches me. Love is everything.
Now once traveling man babysits a beautiful girl name Mia. He had learn. With love near, you have everything.
Today I have five beautiful grandchildren and I can watch daily. Now the dancing coyote dances with his boys and his baby girl. He had found wisdom.
Now I have the lakes, the parks and the laughing children. I know I am wealthy man. I have love near.

This is a beautiful tribute to your grandchildren my friend. I agree with you that the biggest thing we learn in our older age is that we are still learning. And because of this fact there is always more room for growth as well as long. As witnessed by your words in this touching poem to your grandchildren. You are blessed a thousand times over my friend and very rich in love indeed.

Lovely write, I feel your words as grandchildren are sometimes a light to our eyes. Mine are older now and no longer live near. Enjoy them while you can ;-}

Has the sound of Socrates to it. He realized he knew nothing and so he asked questions. The knowledge here has come from years of experience. When you're young, you think you know it all, and sometimes it takes years to realize you knew the wrong things. It sounds as though you have found what's really real. Good on you, Coyote.

Thank you my kind friend. If we are lucky, we become wiser and kinder with old age.
I am here with you on this one....as I have grown older, the more I have learned, the more I need to learn and I realize the less I know.

Thank you Neville. Life should be easy. Do the things you enjoy daily and keep the negative away.

I sure aint gonna argue with that coyote ..
I do understand Coyote. I have four grandchildren. I love them to bits. They keep me young at heart and they keep me up to date as well. They have positively enriched my life and they make me feel loved and cherished. I consider myself wealthy too. I loved reading about your grandchildren. May they continue to bring you much happiness abd peace of mind dear friend.
