I was condemn

I was condemn

A Poem by Coyote Poetry
"

Just words

"

I was condemn after I saw your face

I was looking for the wide open road and  some kind of freedom.

She sat alone on a barren road on the back road of Texas and I saw her.

I couldn’t look away from her long legs and beautiful face.

She told me. “You are late Johnnie.  Never  keep a pretty lady waiting.

I looked at  her hazel green eyes and I knew I was condemn  forever.

I told her. I promise you the sea and some strong whiskey.

My pretty lady. You make my world so damn beautiful.

She smiled and she told me.  “Sweet words and wonderful promises

will make me  forgive you Johnnie.

Sweetly done ... Yet, beware, for a lady who knows that she is pretty is the first sign of a heart that shall soon be broken into pieces of wailing tears of sorrow for all those tomorrows that shall never be enjoyed in her embrace ... The poor man is never, ever, the same again ... But she shall find another and never consider her sin ... Because, any man can be her friend ... For a moment ... In time ..

I enjoy your heart penned to page and I feel the emotion that lies oozing between each and every line ...

Superficial is enough sometimes. Thank you dear friend for reading and the comment.

Wow. This truly shows the nature of girls. How they really hate waiting and they express their anger and when sweet words are said to them they really melt. I loved this poem it is truly heart touching. I could imagine the scenario.
