A Poem by C.Symister

Her touch has become my life force
When departing from every hug
She pulls piece of my soul from my chest

Her eyes of sapphire pierce my being
She need not say a word
Because her existence divides mine

She moves with splendour, like a leaf in the wind
I follow her every flick and turn
Since I’m so addicted to her grace and serenity

As she sharply turns, her hair flies
And she peers into me with a half smile
I’m blown away by a gust of infatuation and the gale of her beauty

Her aura excites me
And looses my imagination
While my feet are on the ground

Oh, her innocence pure like diamond dust
It weakens my armour
So I’m vulnerable to the world’s cold blight

When I feel her contours
My body goes into spasms
While my thoughts caress the part of her that doesn’t exist

She has the constitution of the rarest snow
So after she leaves the flakes remain
And I still feel her spirit’s kiss

She is all I think about
My future and my hope
Like opal itself

I am beyond star struck
I’ve been destroyed, obliterated and left in oblivion
By the comet of her love
