A Scare

Another writing exercise. 50 words exactly

    “Boo!” he sprang up from behind her.

With a bored look, she asked, “Is that the best you can do?”

            He smiled and pulled her close to him. Kissing her, he wrapped his large hands slowly around her neck. She stiffened under his tight grip, her eyes widening.

 “Scared yet?”
