Falling Into You

Falling Into You

A Poem by Cassie
"

I wrote this in May, for my now fiance, Chris.

"
I'm falling, falling
Into love
Fear is calling
I've been hurt so much

I think about you
And my heart skips beats
This feeling is so new
One I thought I couldn't reach

I'm small and non-threatening
But you make me touch the sky
My depression is menacing
But you make me feel like I can fly

Falling deeper, into madness
Please don't let me fall alone
My past is never-ending sadness
I will make my worst fears known

Darling, take my heart in your hand
Stitch it up and give it back
I will be your biggest fan
That, my love, is fact

You're always on my mind
And forever you will stay
I think this is for real this time
And I don't want it any other way

You've made an imprint on my mind
can't stop smiling around you
You're everything I thought I'd never find
I'm so grateful that I have you

A sweet poem to someone you love, shows that you are vulnerable and hesitant though your willing to try, as someone who's been this way I can relate to this poem well.
