Cry

Things always get better

 

She came to school crying today

With no words to say

All she had were the scars of her pain

Everything else thrown away

Bloodshot eyes over haw she wished to die

Longing for the love that’s gone

Feelings amplified

With no other thoughts on her mind

Not being able to tell him why

“I had never heard him cry”

It will never be the same for her

Yet it always will

Their goodbyes fell on deaf ears by

The fears and sobbing

All she knew was falling

Only wanting to stand still in time

Waiting for us to all pass by

Leaving her alone was never the best thing

But all she knows is pain
