Moments

A Poem by forfila

Floating again weightless, aimless in

displacement to time and space

Rising again fright-less, ingested

high inside infinities stage

Angel's whispers softly sigh, then

Frustrations next demise

Taking pains to the fire, a witness to

Christs power alive

The shaping of life, design by

spirits nature of love

There is never a why, quietened qualms and

not a thing to decide

Gliding paths enlightened, mind

awake to wills of higher idea

Retire my heart to the sky and mend, all to

drift on those tides again

I agree with Amanda's comments, sometimes we just have to give the soul and heart a little space and a much needed rest. Nice write.

to quiet the mind and let the heart and soul rest is something that has to be done from time to time....it can be so enlightening to just float on the currents of the tide...

a very nice write, Matthew :) you express it oh so well...

Moments, many make a life time. Some so special and enlightening. Taking a moment to read this poem was worth the moment spent.

Nice write.
