Reality or Dream

Have my dreams become a reality 
is my reality just a dream 
I have the strangest feeling

that nothing's as it seems 

When I fall asleep 
you come alive to me 
You seem so very real 
but you are nothing but a dream 

Who are you my love 
my elusive fantasy 
Do you exist upon the world 
will you ever come to me 

Night upon night 
Dream upon dream 
We walk hand in hand 
through worlds of light unseen 

You come to me my darling 
and live your life with me 
But for us our true reality 
is somewhere in my dreams 

Will I ever wake up 
and find you next to me 
Will the dream 
I dream of you 
become my reality

Or will the rest of my days 
be as a dream within a dream 
Where reality's a fantasy 
and nothing's as it seems

You are a lucky person to have a perfect dream like that, sometimes that's better than reality.I love the classic line 'a dream within a dream' where reality is found but forgotten. I like this as it is very positive and full of longing and desire.

I think I did a while ago. Not sure if it's still up though. One I have is called "If Dreams Are Dreams, Then What is This?" But that's only a spin off. And sort of crappy. I wrote a whole paper of my thoughts about it in a class one day. Then a few poems. I've always wondered that if we die, do we wake up in another world? Like when you die in dreams, then wake up from sleeping. Stuff like that.

sometimes in our dream we try to convince ourselvez that it 's only a dream but our mind insists that "no"...you're awake and it's real....and it seemed real...but definitely you'll wake up
up and find out its just really a dream....
