A Universal Embrace

"A Universal Embrace"

There is a lull in the world...

The chaos comes to a stop forever.

Enchanting, love spills out of hearts, 

And I breathe a sigh of freedom

As I touch the light of wonders,

Pondering on life, its paths and blunders.

The ways to the now show green light

Of a pure love that has returned

To embrace all souls once more! 

I open my eyes and see Mother Poet

Walking forward in all her glory

Smiling at me... not a sound do I hear,

Although her voice is sweet and clear...

Suddenly, children come around her,

- Dressed in blue and white, -

Singing with all their might

Sweet songs to help me slumber...

Slowly and calm I drift into a sleep,

Where visions of beauty never cease! 

There is a lull in the world forever

On such a brief sublime fluency

As the Universe embraces wonders, 

Light and peace to lead us in love!
