MemoriesA Poem by Carl Drake Barnard~Memories~
The clearest of all moments from times we share. Controlled by lovable emotions, we both couldn't bare.
Alas I still remember our last moments together. which I'll cherish forever. The days of November.
We spent our nights typing oh so innocently. Withholding that which had no right apparently.
So we became friends. Even then we where so scarce. For being together was just to intense. With all our heart's cares.
With the shifting of times our so called future. Became nothing more then hindering lines. Regretted by your very own lecture.
Now memories is all that is left, reminding me when you were by my side. For which body and mind has kept, alive for all this time... © 2014 Carl Drake BarnardFeatured Review
