On a Day like this

On a Day like this

A Poem by Cคɾเภค{♥}
"

It's wonderful weather right now, it inspires me. Plus Im in one of those feel good, butterflies in stomach when you like that one guy feeling. :)

"

On a Day like this…

Skies shine happily, with little puffs of white

The sun stretches its arms

And it illuminates the smile on his face,

The mossy green of his eyes

They always show his soul deep inside

I rather be in the dark

In the arms of no company

If I could not be with him, on a day like this

My insides flip and turn as the

Attraction is inevitable when his eyes dilate

We still have so much to learn

And now that it’s getting late

We realize at sometime this has to end

An orange dewy glow takes over the blue

The suns arms are weakening there light

The trees yawn in the wind, flowers end there bloom

Soon, too soon the stars appear, and it’s night

Deep inside I know, I rather be alone

Isolated from the world

If I couldn’t be with him, on a night like this
