![]() LifeA Poem by MyNameIsYour life is a never-ending road that curves, straightens, and twists. One moment will never be the same as another, One memory will never be relived, And your heart is responsible for remembering.
One doesn't know when or how this road turns, When it curves, bends, and such.
Yet, how can one not know? Your life is in the fate of your hands. You're the one holding the wheel. You decide, right or left. Good or evil, Peace or war.
The road that you choose may be bumpy or smooth. It may curve, straighten, or twist. It may be a evil or peaceful choice.
But, there is no such thing as truly evil. One can't be truly evil. Not even if their heart was died black. For that is not fates desire.
The road that you take is your choice. No one else's. Not even fates. Don't let anyone decide how you will live your life, How you drive down that road.
Because even if one decides that they are truly evil, Their heart will beat, And their soul will remain intact.
So, even if you've gone down a bumpy road, And you would like to tamper with fates hand. Remember one thing.
You're in charge. You decide. And there's always room to backtrack. © 2014 MyNameIsAuthor's Note
