The Poisoned Well

The Poisoned Well

A Poem by Caradoc
"

...

"

The waters are clouded and murky
In the well so oft' poisoned;
Fictions masquerading as fact.
So how can the "Truth" set anyone free,
When Justice is too blind to see?

The third line is my absolute favorite, but this entire poem holds so true to how the world is today. Scary how truth can barely be true anymore, so we have to figure everything out on our own.

You still have the pen that's on fire! It's been a while since I've read your work.

Thanks! It's been a while since I've written anything, let alone posted it.
