Twenty-Eighth

Twenty-Eighth

A Poem by Caradoc
"

Like a knife in the back...

"

I despise you;
Perfect, dismal reminder.
Happiest of times
Figments of joy, stolen too soon
How I hate you,
Twenty-Eighth...

Caradoc
Hadn't thought about it in a long time. And then, out of the blue, it struck me, like a knife in the back.

my birth date and the date of the death of my father, so for me it is a dichotomy of birth and death...the thought of it, at the other side, it cuts "like a knife" -- in the throat and I had to numb myself as not to feel the pain while dying...but like what you have said in your poem long ago : time is both a taker and a giver -a healer...

after all, "The arrival of death/Is the arrival of a new form of life."

'think i should talk more...hm...what else do we have in common :)...

28...2+8=10....10...1+0=1.....28 is the aggressive beginning of where you are going. It is hidden in your psyche to remind you that you must move forward in creation for it is a natural process.
