Cheesy love poem

I've got one chance to show you the way

The path to my heart which has decayed

The feelings I get when you are near

Are the things that I truly dear

The one thing that I have yet to say

Is that you are my night and day

You bring my path back to life

You are my one and only light

It's simple yet honest. Dont have paragraphs to describe how much someone mean to us,right? Sometimes the honest words like in your poem could affect someone's heart to beats fast
