Psycho-surfing Sanctum Sanctorum

Psycho-surfing Sanctum Sanctorum

A Poem by Captain Ugly
"

Not sure.

"

channel surfing faces

wrap psychopath brains,

egomaniacs jumping over God,

appetites for power,

no regard

rumors of dread saunter,

toxic butter, daily bread,

existences laced with public opinion;

alleged monsters creep,

undertow reigns

dressed anorexic hips,

horrid trends abound ,

health’s pall bearers and smug thug heroes

cured with designer drugs;

chewable

love sold silver thirty,

princesses, fiends and trolls,

look down hot, instead of skyward cold,

honesty’s hanged on Gallop Poll

illusions

souls slosh Styrofoam cups

dangling from churches and bars,

searching for answers in scripture and stars,

mobs drown clarity,

blind mice swarm

Oh, how the blind mice swarm... wonderful. Just wonderful. Love the way this reads aloud... incredibly random but so true.... we live in a world where less is more! XXC
