Explosion!

Explosion!

A Poem by Jeremy Michael White

Work your feet like Dancers

Spring like a blossomed flower

You may never have all the answers

In any minute or an hour

This conversations ongoing

--and it changes every day

Life goes on; it's not slowing

Being Process is the only way

Cry the tears! Laugh the joy!

Bottled up and over flowing

  --it shatters on the floor

Garden of Flowers welcome the Sun

Twirl and dance in the ribbons of light

This tapestry loosens as time goes on

The Sun silently weeps--

               --and hides behind the night

A tattered cabin hidden in the woods

Thunderstorms crying within

Pulse! Pulse! from a subtlety grows

Concentrated energy; --the Cabin shakes

the woods growl

the hounds howl

--------------------

A moment of calm, calmer than an

                               --isolated pond

Explosion!
