Life has only begun

Life has only begun

A Poem by Kaspar Carr
"

you have not even scratched the surface of life

"
Even in your darkest moments,
there always is a light,
even if inside your heart doesn't look so bright.
all the anger fuss and tears running through your head,
sometimes it is even hard to get yourself out of bed.

the love of your life is miles away,
and your heart seems to be too,
you know that even the most gentle sway reminds him of you,
she misses you intently as you never said goodbye,
and all you you do is think that your life must be a lie;

a cruel joke played by God,
messing with your love,
and all you can do is shove all the pain away and all the tears ,
put aside what once was and welcome the coming years.

you hope someday it will all just be a dream but hold on baby girl the stress may make you scream,
scream for help, scream for peace, wish your world would end, but have faith my sweet face for it has only just begun...
