Silent romance

Silent romance

A Poem by Kaspar Carr
"

every thing was and is just so damn silent

"

Where has all the sound been my life
everything sounds so quiet
everything has no voice or noise
there isn't even wind breeze
or car alarms
there isn't even music playing
or rock stars singing
where has all my voice gone too
sitting alone by myself
cover in silence and tears
ordering a dish from a restaurant store
watching it without taking a bite
the silence in my heart
torn my clear voice away
English words became a form in the past
I'm so quiet inside
so silent inside
when love took a wrong turn
my speech ended that day
was it the crying tears
or the huge noise
that turned you away
thunderstorms no longer scream
rain drops no longer drip
everything so quiet
my ears are still here
but where is my sound?
where is my love song?
where there voice of my loved one
where is my romance?
where is she?
