I am sorrry i never was there for you

We said hello such a long time ago,
To only depart such a short time later;
You came back when I needed you,
Then left me once again;
You seemed to know when I was down,
Because you were there;
You let me speak my heart to you,
And told me itd be okay;
I have only one regret,
I wasnt always there for you;
Through it all,
I learned something;
The day we said hello,
We were destined to say goodbye;
So Ive said my last hello,

I really want to hear this.

I dunno, it's just telling me:
