Those Brown eyes Again

Those Brown eyes Again

A Poem by Kaspar Carr
"

Your brown eyes are like no others.

"

Those brown eyes that pierce my heart
Causing it once again to beat so hard
That passion that runs through my veins
Consuming every inch of what you would call sane
Caressing fingertips on my skin
Causing my soul to wake within
To combine with my beating heart
To begin again and make a perfect start
And the pale pink glass that lays on the floor
Broken and shattered beyond repair
Could be reversed and made anew
If only a word would come from you
And that pale pink glass beckons you
To place a kiss upon my lips
And know that you will be missed
To see the tears leave my eyes
And know that all those that I have cried
Will not be captured in a lonely lullaby
But the dark will come, creeping shadows it will bring
But with you holding me I see no sin
Just the passion that burns from in
