I dare you

I dare you

A Poem by Kaspar Carr
"

you never cared i was a fool to think so.

"

It was the talent show,
you weren't afraid to let me know,
you were ready to let me go.
The pain hit when you said it was over,
the tears i couldn't hide,
the feeling of goodbye was like a knife to my heart.
i was seeing double, i couldn't tell you apart.
i stood there rope in my hand, guilt in my heart.
I put it around my neck, just you came around the corner, with HIM by your side.
You looked straight at me with a smile on your face....
and in a cruel voice you said "I dare You."
Did you ever really care??

Wow. Just wow. The fact that someone can love someone so much, and therefore get hurt as much as this is extraordinary. You have unelashed your feelings well, P... 100* once again
