A trail of my life.

A trail of my life.

A Story by Kaspar Carr
"

My life completely changed and I'm depressed. Have no reason to be but I really am.

"

The breeze is blowing my hair,
And the wind it tasty on my lips.
Everybody is around and happy,
But I've never felt like this.

Laughing and running around,
Everybody has the effort to do.
When I sit in the same old place,
Wondering if I was loved by you.

Life is a fairytale for many people,
And it has been nightmares for me.
But nobody knows how life will come
About, in this modern day reality.

I wonder if anybody feels like me,
With nobody ever to lean upon.
When the strength takes it all away,
And the happiness has completely gone.

How do so many people know how
To make their smiles seem real?
Maybe it's possible for me aswell,
But I always show however I feel.

Sometimes I wish that I could crawl,
Quietly away from this world.
And act like I was never really here,
Only a broken heart lived inside this boy.

Nobody would know if I dissappeared,
Without leaving a single trace.
Everybody would continue their lives,
And they'd forget this scarred face.

Because really you only ever exist,
If you left a small trail to be seen...
On the other side of the bridge,
It's never always as green.

Sometimes It's darker like my life,
I've tried my hardest as it begun.
But now I have made a statement,
And tried not to keep my head hung.

I will leave this world tonight,
Hopefully for the first and last time...
If you ever found a small sized trail,
Please just look up and know it's mine.

I've done the best here & been proud,
And I've overcome the hardest of all.
With no dignity and strength left,
It's my time to finally fall.

Say goodbye to all the people I loved,
And all that ever tried to love me.
It was never easy to be calm at times,
And inside a heart, you may just find me.

It was nobody's fault my life's been taken,
But It was a journey I could never regret.
Many people, I passed and some I kept,
And a life on this earth, I will never forget.

When you come across a crossroads,
And don't know which one to take.
Look inside yourself or to your side,
And I'll be proud of each road you make.

Walk down my road, the trail of my life,
And you will see strength and find love.
When you wish upon the stars at night,
Remember, I'm resting high above.
