Losing Faith

i am so lost

An endless rain floods my world;
Wiping everything from existence.
I am left with nothing.

I feel the sky's pain,
As the darkness swallows me whole.
I know how it feels, so don't cry.

I am left with an emptiness in my heart.
An endless void that grows larger everyday.
Now nothing more than a black hole in my chest.

I feel hollow;
I am just a shell of my former self..
Crumbling and blowing away in the wind.

No tears fall from my eyes;
I have drained myself dry.
My soul evaporating...

Every cloud has a silver lining,
but my sky is filled with gray.
