Lost at SeaA Poem by Kaspar CarrI am drowning
Breathing through the cuts they've left
Swimming through the hate I bleed
The water shows me the face I reflect And now I know I'm lost at sea. Sanity evades me at every turn Parting the way to my darkest dreams And of my old self, I mourn And now I know I'm lost at sea. Red fills my eyes I've become a beautiful tragedy Grey paints over once violet skies And now I know I'm lost at sea. I've come to accept my end Sleeping with the razor next to me I've thrown my self away, no means to mend And now I know I'm lost at sea. © 2013 Kaspar CarrAuthor's Note
