Blood VerseA Poem by Kaspar Carrmy blood will tell the storyI pick the scab my mind has grown
To find the words I need I stroke the place that evil has sown Until it starts to bleed The ink I need runs down my face Enough to fill my quill I wait to feel my muse embrace The evil she must will The shadows slowly take my hand To guide me through this curse I listen to their every command As I write their morbid verse I point the quill back to my head Where the blood is running thin Once again my quill needs fed So I slowly stick it in I write until my veins are dry And the shadows turn away The shadows will not let me die For tomorrow's another day © 2012 Kaspar CarrAuthor's Note
