all summer long....

Hot sun rays shining through the white fluffy clouds.

Swimming lessons, sun worshiping, Volleyball!

bike rides to the lake for a swim, or running through the garden hose.

birthday parties for me! cake and ice cream, friends and family.

Balloons and Fun made up games by Mom. 

vacation, road trips, camping trips,

Bickering with siblings and building forts with cousins,

Gathering wood for a campfire. 

Picking the perfect twig for S'Mores.

Making Home Made Ice cream, with sprinkles

gardening, weeding, eating peas right from the pods in Grampa's garden.

longer days and shorter nights, sleeping in and staying up late.

Fireflies and fire works, star spangled banner, stars and stripes.

Barbecues, hot dogs, hamburgers, Corn on the cob, Salads.

Walking along the beach, looking for sea shells and little rocks.

Mini golf, batting cages, river rafting, 

watermelon, Sun tea, lemonade

reading books, writing poems, learning lyrics to good songs

wishing the days would go on and on.
