Remember

I wrote this poem when a schoolmate/ Acquaintance was tragically ripped from our lives in an auto accident. I was not very close to her but it really made me assess where I was in life.

Don't ever forget when we were little kids.

We were going to hold the world in the palm of our hands.

We were always friends you were my closest...

... now it is time for us to part,

and go out in the world.

Most of us will find happy endings

to our fairy tale beginnings...

but some of us 

will just 

find 

endings.
